I’m called Arjuna. Well, that’s what most ppl call me but those close to me, gives me various nicknames which I happen to respond to~
Some of them included in the list are Junia, Arj, Joona, Jun, JuuJuu, Juna, Nana, Aryuna, Yuna, MeiMei, Adik and it will continue on until god noes when. ^_^
I’m pretty musically inclined. I’m in close contacts with the rhythms, the lyrics, the beat, the bass, the flow and the trebles~ Yes, I’m a dancer and still in learning progress as each day passes by. There’s many role models to look up to… it’s never-ending, it will never will end but I’m really excited about the surprises that’s in store for dancers.
I’m a member of a dance group in NYP called Foreign Bodies. We basically concentrate on hip-hop genre~ which is pretty wide. A student-oriented club, we often go through internal political conflicts but I must admit this is the place where I understand the meaning of true friends. This is also where I learnt how to hug sincerely. I feel that by being a part of Foreign Bodies, it helps me grow a notch more mature than before, and I am able to voice out opinions better and analyse difficult situations in a much more professional way. Thanks to the “elders’” guidance we are able to soar and are still doing so at the current moment.
I love games. I love animations. I love cartoon characters and 3D visuals. I’m fascinated by them. But never did I know the process of developing them is really challenging. Yes, I’m going through a 3-year course which teaches me how to survive in a gaming industry. I’m not loving every second of it, I admit that I might have chosen the wrong course… but still I’m not one who stops half-way and shall see to it till the end~
I’m interested to know more about the Japanese Culture. Some might have doubts about this peculiar interest of mine… but I really love to educate myself more about this Japan’s lifestyle. Be it the urban or rural side, I’m fine with it~ To me, this country is very unique, similar as compared to Singapore but different in another way. Unique things grab my attention easily.
Last but not least, my basic philosophy in life is that “Life does not evolve around one person only, but instead evolves around many.”
